Hello!

My husband and I are sad to be selling our beautiful KZ Escalade 5th wheel....

The reason? We bought a motorhome after our truck lease was up!

We REALLY don't want to part with it, but having two RVs is kinda silly, as you could imagine. I thought maybe we could set it up as a cottage, but it's really a shame to see a unit in great condition with many many years of being roadworthy, sitting still on land. I think the Escalade is sad too:-(
(It REALLY wants to travel again and is particularly fond of Florida, wink wink!)

The unit is a 2007, and is 37 feet long with three slide outs - one in the bedroom and two in the main living area. It's super bright and sunny....lots of windows and the cabinetry is light maple. There is a double door stainless steel fridge, stainless steel stove/oven and microwave....double sink, and a nice fireplace that will keep you toasty warm in colder times (saved us on the propane!). There is a nice washroom with silver/frosted round sliding doors to the shower and a nice vanity, also with Corian counter. A single sliding door separates the washroom from the main area, and two sliding dark frosted doors are between the bedroom and the washroom.

There are two extremely comfy leather reclining lazy boys, a nice love seat that pulls out into a bed....a center island in the kitchen....all the counters are dark grey Corian. Table and chairs, and a Queen bed with storage space underneath. Did I mention a nice big mirrored closet in the bedroom? :-) Also lots of drawers and two cedar lined wardrobes....

Other features:
-tinted dual pain windows....yup it's a 4 season unit!
-well insulated (you can winter in this, if you're crazy;-)
-electric jacks
-disc breaks
-outdoor shower
-electric awning with wind sensor
-central vac
-plenty of 'basement storage' with a slide out tray.
-32" flat screen TV on an arm to give you more room behind for storage (we replaced the old bulky one!)
-2nd Flat TV in the bedroom
-5.1 surround sound with 5 disc DVD changer
-electric/propane water heater
-hookup for washer/dryer unit in one closet
-two 'Fantastic Fans' with controls, AC, and propane heating
-super high ceilings with pot lights
-a built in desk in one of the slides with a slide out keyboard ledge
-Day/Night Shades throughout.
-soft touch ceiling
....and much much more!

I should also mention that we took up all the carpet after a couple of years and put a really nice floor in it....forget what it's called but it went in three 'tiles' at a time. MUCH easier to clean (I'm a bit of a clean freak and can't stand carpets!) There is a darker color in the living room, and up the stairs we put in a lighter color. We NEVER wore shoes in the unit!

On a side note, KZ is a FANTASTIC company. They will take care of you, and the quality of RV they produce is very impressive. We've had so so sooo many good and happy memories on this RV....we hate to see it go:-( And a note to the future buyer, you WILL have to deal with a few tears!

Price is $49500.
We ARE however, open to trades for a houseboat. That being said PLEASE no junk....this is a high end unit with a MSRP of over $100,000 in 2007. We are looking for a similar, classy and clean houseboat of equal value. MUST be in a similar condition!

I'm sorry I have to say this though, low ballers will not get a response....it seems to happen a lot on classifieds, so just a fair warning;-) We are still paying this amount in a loan to the bank for this unit, and refuse to sell it for less....
